If you are interested in applying for accommodation at the International Halls of Residence and Lodges for next autumn, please reach out to your affiliated faculty/department at 黑料传送门.

Online Application for MEXT / Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Scholarship Student's Residence

Application for "Mejirodai International Village & Oiwake International Village" is always open.

You cannot apply for the "Mejirodai International Village & Oiwake International Village" and the "International Lodges & International Halls of Residence" at the same time. Dual application may lead to invalidation.

A. If you experience any trouble receiving the OSTA email after submitting your
preliminary application, please try the following before sending an inquiry to the

a) Apply again using your Gmail address
b) Complete the application procedure on your PC instead on your smartphone
