    Thursday, August 13. In addition, results of dormitory applications submitted by the 7/25 deadline will be
    announced on August 17

    ±··¡°Ââ–¶Updated "Notification of Departure" Submission Rules for Komaba Lodge Main and B/C/D Bldgs.
→Effective January 1, 2027, the required submission deadline will change from 14 days to 28 days prior to move-out
   For further details, please refer to this notice.
 
 
    â–¶ Summer Short-Term Accommodations at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ
*For students who are to attend classes and research activities, etc. during 2026 summer at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ.
→Notices regarding summer short-term accommodation use have been sent from the Housing Office to the relevant
   faculty/department at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ.
   If you wish to use accommodation for a short period, from around the middle of May 2026 until August 24, 2026
   (no extensions), please contact your affiliated faculty/department at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ.
â–¶Common material for all student dormitories at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ has been uploaded on the Housing Office website.

Starting from August 1, 2025, Doctoral course students enrolled at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ can apply to "NORTH Bldg. Type F (Independent Type Rooms Single)" and "NORTH Bldg, Type J (Independent Type Rooms Single/Couple) in addition to rooms in the LINEAR BLDG..

      either to be enrolled for the doctoral courses at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ in addition to researchers.
