?黑料传送门 dispatches students to programs conducted by partner institutions abroad. Program content varies and may include language or thematic lectures, fieldwork, engagement with local students, cultural activities, and other components.
?This program is generally designed for groups consisting of students from the University of Tokyo and other Japanese universities.
?The University-wide Summer Programs (Outbound) are similar to the University-wide Winter Programs (Outbound), but the schedule and the host universities are different.
*The program does not require a high level of language proficiency. However, it requires students to take the initiative in preparing for their study abroad, including handling application procedures with the host university, purchasing airline tickets, interacting with other participants, and traveling to the destination. While high language proficiency is not necessary during the program, students are expected to act proactively rather than passively, to ensure they have a meaningful time even in an environment surrounded by Japanese students. Please consider applying with these points in mind.
*For study?abroad programs where students participate with peers from around the world in environments with few Japanese participants, please refer to the “Direct Application Programs” page as well as the page introducing Summer Courses by Overseas Universities.
*Programs offering opportunities to interact with students from overseas universities on campus are also scheduled to take place. Details will be announced on this website and UTAS as soon as they are determined.

The deadline for completing the on?demand course under the Go Global Gateway (undergraduates only) and the deadline for inquiries to the International Education Promotion Group regarding the programs is Thursday, May 28 at noon.
Make sure to complete the online application via UTAS before the deadline. Before applying, please read the following documents carefully and consult with the relevant office of your affiliated faculty/graduate school to fully understand all important matters related to participating in the program, and obtain a signature from the office on the application form.
